Following is a brief synopsis of skills and experience of the Lead Consultant for ISM, Vicki Mann. The Principal, Vicki Mann, formed Insight Safety Management Pty Ltd (ISM) in 2004, following an extensive OHS career in the corporate world. The company was formed initially to provide a “high end” WHS service to a large variety of clients, including corporate, medium, small and some micro businesses – the range being quite diverse.

In previous years, ISM primarily assisted clients within the mining industry (coal and metalliferous) including associated engineering and heavy industry contract organisations. However, over the last 5 years the company has diversified into offering WHS support services to many small businesses, within the hospitality, warehousing, electrical, pest control and community-focused industries.

It is now the intention of the ISM Principal to continue offering professional WHS services, based on years of extensive experience, at the same time as providing a “hands-on” approach to assisting clients understand and manage their own WHS requirements.
